Europe White Christmas Adventures - Day 12 - Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic

Cesky Krumlov is the most beautiful little town ever!

This morning we slept a little late, and then went for a big walk around town. Firstly we went up to the castle as we had heard the views from here were amazing, and that our photos would be fantastic. We weren't disappointed that is for sure!

After checking out the castle we went for a big walk around the Old Town. This place is just magical and I highly recommend. They still have Christmas Markets so we had fun buying a few little treasures and seeing what was available.

Europe White Christmas Adventures - Day 11 - Travelling Day - Innsbruck to Cesky Krumlov

Today we had a private transfer from Innsbruck to Cesky Krumlov. It was a great 5 hour drive - so much easier than changing trains several times and having to manage all our luggage.

After we arrived in Cesky Krumlov we dropped our luggage into our apartment and went for a walk into the Old Town to have a quick look, and grab a bite to eat. Our plan is to explore the castle, Old Town and markets tomorrow in detail. It was just stunning but oh so cold!! Snow is predicted for tomorrow so let's hope it does come!! I want snow!!

Europe White Christmas Adventures - Day 10 - Innsbruck

Today we had a quiet day. We decided to start with an easy walk to a little hut behind our apartment in the countryside near Mieming called Stottlalm. It was a 7km round walk to the hut, and was just beautiful. We had a hot chocolate break at the hut (it is a cafe / restaurant on a golf course) and was lovely.

That afternoon we went into Innsbruck to see a friend of mine who I did the Paris marathon with (Kirsten). It was lovely to see her and her family, and have a bite to eat with them for dinner.
