The last week was just terrible - Declan was ill and we were at the hospital several times, so I didn't get much PT in. I did manage to do a 10.5km run and one bootcamp session last Monday, but that's it! So I am not surprised at all with my gain. Let's hope next week is on the way down. Thankfully Declan is a bit better now.
