Declan is much better thank goodness. Last week I managed all the bootcamp sessions, plus a 5km run, Moongate climb and a few shorter walks with Declan in the pram. Feeling motivated!! Now to work on my food and making sure I keep track of what I am eating a bit more strictly.. and no more ordering coffee to be delivered! Living in Penang is quite dangerous when it comes to what they deliver.. namely everything!
