Only 300g off this week, but better than nothing!!! :-) Very happy with that all around!! Now to keep motivated for the final 2 weeks!!!!

Yay!! 1kg off!!
Declan is much better thank goodness. Last week I managed all the bootcamp sessions, plus a 5km run, Moongate climb and a few shorter walks with Declan in the pram. Feeling motivated!! Now to work on my food and making sure I keep track of what I am eating a bit more strictly.. and no more ordering coffee to be delivered! Living in Penang is quite dangerous when it comes to what they deliver.. namely everything!

The last week was just terrible - Declan was ill and we were at the hospital several times, so I didn't get much PT in. I did manage to do a 10.5km run and one bootcamp session last Monday, but that's it! So I am not surprised at all with my gain. Let's hope next week is on the way down. Thankfully Declan is a bit better now.

Declan - 12 Weeks old!
Our little man is 12 Weeks old and brightens every day. He has truly completed our family. Here's a little timeline from 1 day old to now :)

Challenge - Week 3 check in

I think I am going to struggle to lose weight next Monday since I have been losing it so steadily but I will see how I go. Declan is still unwell so we are off to a different Doctor tomorrow to hopefully get a second opinion. He has the worst cough and sounds like he is choking when he has a coughing fit. It is just awful.
This week I managed to do all my bootcamp sessions, 2 x moongate hikes (lots of stairs) and a 6km run. So pretty happy with that!
